MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM

BASE CAMP START: July 4, 2022
  • For the first time, we are offering a NEW 12-week Base Training* program to build base mileage in preparation for TBR Dream Marathon training. This is recommended for participants who have little to no experience running or runners who are starting again after a long hiatus.
  • Runners will receive their program online and will run on their own with online support
  • The program is open to runners who are not registered for TBR Dream Marathon.
TBR DREAM TRAINING START: Sept. 26, 2022
  • This is the official 20-week marathon training program for TBR Dream Marathon participants. All TBR Dream participants will receive their program in their Welcome Kit
  • Runners can choose between Coach Jim Lafferty’s Beginner Program or Coach Lit Onrubia’s Intermediate Beginner Program. Both programs have been successfully used by our 6,000+ alumni the past years.
  • As a new race feature, runners will have the option to sign up for our TBR Dream University mobile app* for access to the weekly Marathon program, plus run-specific Strength Training programs, yoga, stretching and meditation sessions.
