TBR Dream Marathon allows for runners to request for a refund or transfer of their slot if they are unable to participate in the race for the reasons stated below. Deferment is not accepted.
This policy is designed to be fair and transparent. TBR prepares for the race months in advance and this takes into account the expenses and preparations required for organizing the event from beginning of training until marathon day.
Reasons for Refund
The following reasons will be accepted for a refund request:
- Injury and illness
- Work relocation or layoff
- Family relocation or migration
- Pregnancy or Pregnancy Complication
How to Request for a Refund
Email register@myruntime.com with your full name. Subject: Refund <Your Name>.
Attach proof to support your request (e.g., medical documents, company letter, etc.) TBR reserves the right to request for additional proof and consider your request within our discretion.
Note: A processing fee of P500 will be charged. The web admin fee, payment processing fee, and any other transactions charges during registration will not be refunded.
Transfer Policy
Participants who are unable to participate may transfer their registration to another runner. No reason or document is required for submission.

Note: It is the responsibility of the runner to ensure that the replacement runner will be running their first or second marathon with TBR Dream.
How to request for transfer: Email kathy@tbrdream.com with your full name, full name and email address of the replacement runner. Subject: Transfer <Your Name>.
