Refund and Transfer Policy

Sometimes, we encounter bumps along our marathon journey and things don’t go as planned. TBR Dream Marathon now allows for runners to request for a refund or transfer if you are unable to participate in the race for the reasons stated below. Deferment is not accepted. All refunds are considered within our discretion.

Sep 1 to Oct 31 50%
Nov 1 to 30 20%
Dec 1 onwards 0%

A processing fee of P500 will be charged. The web admin fee, payment processing fee, and any other transactions charges during registration will not be refunded. 

Reasons for Refund

The following reasons will be accepted for a refund request:

  • Illness or injury
  • Work relocation 
  • Family relocation or migration
  • Pregnancy or Pregnancy Complication

Note: If you are deemed ineligible to join the race, such as but not limited to failure to disclose having joined two marathons prior to TBR, being a minor, or lack of medical certificate, you are not entitled to a refund. This will be strictly implemented.

How to Request for a Refund

Email register@myruntime.com with your full name. Subject: Refund <Your Name>.

Attach proof to support your request (e.g., medical certificate, company letter, etc with runner’s name on it.) TBR may ask for additional proof to support your request.

Transfer Policy

Participants who are unable to participate may transfer their registration to another runner. No reason or document is required for submission.

  • Transfer Deadline: Sep 30
  • Transfer Fee: P700

It is the responsibility of the runner to ensure that the replacement runner is familiar with rules of the race (e.g., TBR must be their first or second marathon).

How to request for transfer: Email kathy@tbrdream.com with your full name, full name and email address of the replacement runner. Subject: Transfer <Your Name>.
